Mount Shasta July 4th Celebration

Mt. Shasta’s largest annual event will be filled with entertainment, music, and the Artisan Market & Street Fair. The Mount Shasta Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Chamber mixer downtown with live entertainment. July 4th opens with the Mountain Runners very popular Walk/Run on Mt. Shasta Blvd., the annual July 4th Parade, and the fireworks at dusk!
Annual Lumberjack Fiesta - July
The Annual McCloud Lumberjack Fiesta is held at the end of July each year. The Fiesta provides a fun filled weekend for the whole family. Three days of competitions ensue with a variety of events such as horseshoes, logging, watermelon eating, and dancing. The Li'l Logger and Miss Fiesta contests kick of the event Friday Night. Other attractions of the event include music, water slides, vendors, a softball tournament, food, ice cold beer, and much more fun in the sun. The Lumberjack Fiesta has something for all ages! Plus, don’t forget the parade!
Siskiyou Golden Fair - August
Each year the Siskiyou Golden Fair outdoes itself, with great food, games, rides and of course the livestock auction. Stop on by for a great time with family and friends.
State of Jefferson Brewfest - August
One of the West Coast’s oldest beer festivals, in beautiful Dunsmuir, California, going on for nearly three decades. Beneath Majestic Mount Shasta, the Jefferson Brewfest features more than 80 Commercial Craft and Home breweries from the West Coast. Coming back in 2020 is the annual Montague Hot Air Balloon Fair, featuring beautiful hot air balloons from all over the U.S. Head out to Shasta Valley to view balloons soaring above the valley, with majestic Mount Shasta in the background. The fair also features a car show, dinner and dancing.
