4th Annual Kid's Costume Parade

Parade Start and Check-in at Jackson Street School
Costume parade down Jackson Street, up Broadway and Miner Streets - ending at the Yreka Elks Lodge for a FREE hot dog meal for kids and awards for costumes.
Witches Night Out

Historic Downtown Miner Street
Join us for a spooktakular night of mystical mingling and fun! This is an event that has something for everyone. Many of the businesses on Miner St. are collaborating to set up this magical night. There is no initial ticket fee. Activities will vary from free to pay as you go. More detailed information to come!

Trick-or-treat at your favorite businesses in Downtown Yreka! Starting at 2pm and ending at 5pm on Halloween, participating businesses will have tricks and treats for the little trick-or-treaters. Use your map to find participating businesses or look for the participation certificate in the window
Ugly Sweater Holiday Wine Walk

Join us for our 1st Annual Ugly Sweater Wine Walk in Historic Downtown Yreka.
Wine Walk: 4:30-7pm - Nearly 20 Historic Downtown Merchants Empire Hall: 7-10pm - Music, Drinks, Appetizers and Prizes
Day of Event: Stop by the Chamber with your tickets and pick up your locally hand-painted wine glass, walking map and day-use shopping stamp card.
Meander Miner Street and stop by each of the nearly 20 participating business to sample wine, fill up your map and enter to win various prizes. Fill up your stamp card for even more prizes.
Many participating businesses will be having huge one-day sales.
Don’t forget to wear your best ugly sweater for a chance to win even more prizes.
So fill up your glass and enjoy an evening of Wine, Food, Shopping, Music, Dancing and Friends this Holiday Season - All in Downtown Yreka!

Bring the whole family to Yreka at 4:30pm to enjoy lighted floats and 72 years of holiday magic in our historic downtown. Call the chamber for more information on parade entries. The parade will be in daylight hours, followed by our Annual Tree Lighting at dusk.

Dog, Pony & Bike Parade

Bring your dressed up dogs, stick ponies, bikes and humans over the hill down, in the valley, and across town for McCloud's 13th Annual Dog, Pony and Bike Parade Registration for the Main Street parade begins at 10AM with the festivities rolling out at 12PM. Don't have a bike? Then hop in your vintage ride and be a part of the show!

Every Saturday in December, join us as Historic McCloud transforms into a whimsical Victorian winter wonderland! Sip & shop at various McCloud merchants, enjoy the carolers, participate in Marshmallows-on-Main, and Wreath & Swag workshop. Also as part of this series enjoy Victorian High Tea, Scrooge performance, and a Dickens Dinner at the McCloud Hotel.
